Take 1 to 3 vials per day, diluted in a big glass of water or any other drink, in the morning on an empty stomach or during the day. Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to enhance flavour and temper the taste of the spirulina.
Recommended duration: 60 days (2 months). You will begin to see results after 20 days. Be sure to take a 20-day break if you wish to continue the treatment beyond 60 days.
It is advised not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
