The Oh My Cream team shares its favourite ways to exercise and feel good in a bikini!

Pauline, Head of Customer Service

“I started yoga recently and I’m hooked! Now I can’t imagine doing it less than twice a week. I’m really not a fan of group classes or fixed schedules (that’s exactly what stopped me sticking with exercise), so I practise at home using an app on my computer, though there are also plenty of classes on YouTube. My aim isn’t to lose weight, but to stay flexible and maintain some muscle tone... And as a bonus, my back no longer hurts!”

Lisa, Retail Coach

“My bikini ally: Jumping! An intense trampoline class set to highly motivating music, with dance moves thrown in! It works your cardio and all your muscles in a fun atmosphere. If you like having fun while you exercise, it’s the perfect activity! The result: I’ve shaken off the day’s stress and worked my muscles!”

Juliette, Founder

"As for me, swimsuit season is two months away and the wedding (complete with a pool party!) is in three. Those are two big dates that make me a little anxious... After scouring the web for a miracle workout, I concluded that swimming ticks all the boxes: it’s ideal for slimming the figure AND tackling cellulite, while being gentle on the joints. You do have to stick with it, though, and swim for at least 45 minutes a session to tap into fat stores, at least twice a week. My tip? Focus on the thighs and bottom by wearing short fins. It really works: I’d never managed to tone my legs before, but I can already see a difference after just one month!"

Linda, Traffic Manager

“Monday evenings mean FAC for me… what’s that? It’s short for glutes, abs and thighs, a group class that helps you get a toned, firm figure in time for the warmer weather, in a friendly atmosphere with friends. Even if the exercises are sometimes hard (we all know how the plank makes our muscles burn!), we can always count on our coach to motivate us to push ourselves! After an hour of squats, resistance-band exercises and bicycle crunches set to fun, upbeat music like ‘Eye of the Tiger’, I feel energised and proud of myself!”

Hind, Head of Web Content

"When the warmer days arrive, we naturally start planning our summer holidays but, above all… getting in shape for the perfect swimsuit! To stay fit and keep my figure, I go for dance workouts. I find it hard to motivate myself to run or go to the gym, but suggest a Zumba or Reggaeton class and I’m first in line!
These Latin dance-inspired classes provide a COMPLETE workout combining cardio, flexibility, balance and muscle conditioning, all set to really fun choreography. Until summer arrives, ¡Vamos a bailar!"

Marie, Head of Press & Partnerships

“For me, it’s goodbye to high-impact sports and hello to Pilates! One hour a week is my time to wake up my deep muscles, stretch and, above all, relax… A moment that’s just for me! Well-being and bikini goals achieved: my body already feels more toned, my stomach flatter and my legs lighter!”
