Bank card payments on the website are secure and are processed through the Braintree payment system. The Oh My Cream website does not have access to your bank details at any time.
To ensure the security of bank card payments, the Buyer must provide Oh My Cream with the card verification value (CVV) shown on the back of the bank card used.
In addition, Oh My Cream reserves the right to request a photocopy of an identity document for any payment by bank card and/or any information relating to the Buyer's identity. You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data processed by Oh My Cream (write to Oh My Cream, 129 rue de l'Université 75007 Paris, France, or email contact@ohmycream.com).
To combat online fraud, information relating to the Buyer's Order may be passed on to any third party authorised by law or designated by Oh My Cream, solely to verify the Buyer's identity, the validity of the Order, the payment method used and the proposed delivery.
Oh My Cream uses a secure payment tool called Braintree. Payment security relies on authenticating the Buyer and keeping all data confidential. To ensure this security, Braintree uses proven encryption techniques and complies with the banking regulations applicable in France.
