Mix 2 teaspoons of powder into your morning smoothie, yoghurt, or porridge. Alternatively, use it as a topping on fruit, stir it into a latte, or simply add to cold water. As this product does not contain any texturing agents, a blender may be useful to achieve a smooth texture. Safe to consume on an empty stomach, or with or after food.
150g is equivalent to apporximately 30 servings (1 month).
